      骨关节炎(OA)是一种常见的退行性关节疾病,其发病机制复杂且尚不完全清楚。在 OA的研究中,乙酰化在组蛋白和非组蛋白水平上都发挥着重要作用。组蛋白乙酰转移酶(HAT)和去乙酰化酶(HDACs)是乙酰化的关键调控因子,它们通过调节基因转录、细胞代谢、炎症反应和细胞衰老等途径参与了 OA的发展和进展。此外,乙酰化“阅读酶”溴结构域及额外末端(BET)家族蛋白也在 OA的治疗中显示出潜在的作用。乙酰化修饰在 OA的发病机制中发挥重要作用,这些研,究为理解 OA的发病机制提供了新的视角, miRNA或 HDACs抑制剂在细胞和动物模型中的应用显示出治疗 OA的潜力,为未来的治疗策略提供了有前景的研究方向。
英文摘要:
      Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common degenerative joint disease with a complex and not fully understood pathogenesis. Acetyla-tion plays an important role in OA at both the histone and non-histone levels. Histone acetyltransferases (HAT) and histone deacety-lases (HDACs) are key regulatory factors of acetylation, and they participate in the development and progression of OA through the reg-ulation of gene transcription, cellular metabolism, inflammation, and cellular senescence. Additionally, the acetylation "reader" en-zymes, namely Bromodomain and Extra-Terminal domain (BET) family proteins, have also demonstrated potential roles in the treatmentof OA. Acetylation modification plays an important role in the pathogenesis of OA, providing new perspectives for understanding thepathogenesis of OA. The application of miRNA or HDAC inhibitors in cellular and animal models demonstrates potential for the treat-ment of OA, offering promising research directions for future therapeutic strategies.
