| 随着医疗技术的发展及设备的研发应用，大多数病人在白内障手术中矫正规则和不规则散光是可以实现的。在白内障术中、术后有多种方法来矫正角膜散光，比如人工晶状体［散光矫正型人工晶状体( toric intraocular lens，Toric IOL)、光可调节人工晶状体( light adjustable lenses，LALs)、针孔人工晶状体］，角膜松解切口，术后角膜激光屈光手术等；但哪种解决方案最有效仍有争议。该研究回顾了最近的研究文献，总结了矫正白内障病人的规则和不规则角膜散光的方案。 |

| With the development of medical technology and the application of emerging equipment, most patients can correct regularand irregular astigmatism in cataract surgery. There are various methods to correct corneal astigmatism, such as intraocular lens (Toricintraocular lens (Toric IOL), light adjustable lenses (LALs), intraocular pinhole lens), lax corneal incision, postoperative corneal laserrefractive surgery. But which solution is the most effective is still controversial. The study reviews recent literature and research, sum-marizing options for correcting regular and irregular corneal astigmatism in cataract patients. |
