| 直肠神经内分泌肿瘤的发病率呈明显上升趋势，通常无明显临床症状，内镜下容易发生漏诊，早期局部切除后预后良好。内镜在其诊疗过程中发挥关键作用，该研究就目前国内外关于直肠神经内分泌肿瘤的内镜诊疗及预后管理等进行综述，为临床诊疗提供参考。 |

| The incidence of rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms is on the rise, usually without obvious clinical symptoms. There is a highrisk of missed diagnosis under endoscopy, but the prognosis is great after early local resection. Endoscopy plays a key role in the diag-nosis and treatment of rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms. This study reviews the current endoscopic diagnosis and treatment and prog-nostic management of rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms at home and abroad to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
