| 高度近视白内障病人因其具有晶状体囊袋大、眼轴长等特殊的眼球结构,高度近视病人植入的人工晶状体( intraocular lenses,IOL)在囊袋内的稳定性(包括长期稳定性、屈光稳定性及旋转稳定性)会对白内障术后屈光状态和视觉质量造成影响,该研究通过阐述并总结影响高度近视白内障术后 IOL在囊袋内稳定的多种因素,以期望可以优化高度近视白内障病人在 IOL的选择、手术方式的改进等临床实践和相关研究提供参考依据。 |

| Patients with high myopia and cataract have special eye structures such as large lens capsules and long axial length (AL).The stability of intraocular lenses (IOL), including long-term stability, refractive stability, and rotational stability, in this special groupof patients can affect the refractive state and visual quality after cataract surgery. This article elaborates and summarizes various factorsthat affect the stability of IOL in the capsule after cataract surgery, in order to provide reference for clinical practice and related re-search in optimizing the selection of IOL and improving surgical methods for patients with high myopia and cataract. |
