| 间充质干细胞( MSCs)是一种来源广泛、容易获得和保存的多能干细胞，能够利用简便的方式在体外进行培养，具有自我修复和多向分化的能力。 MSCs移植后引发的免疫排斥反应较弱，所以在细胞疗法领域应用广泛，并展现出显著的临床优势。伤口愈合、皮肤溃疡、硬性皮肤病、白癜风以及炎症性皮肤病是临床上常见的皮肤疾病，治疗困难且对于病人的影响较大， MSCs在系统性皮肤病的治疗中具有较高的应用价值，因此，该研究对 MSCs治疗多种皮肤病的研究进展进行分析。 |

| Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are pluripotent stem cells from a wide range of sources, which are easy to obtain and pre-serve, and can be cultured in vitro in a simple way. These cells have the ability of self-repair and multidirectional differentiation. Due tothe weak immune rejection response triggered by MSC transplantation, they are widely applied in the field of cell therapy and demon-strate significant clinical advantages. Wound healing, skin ulcers, rigid dermatosis, vitiligo and inflammatory dermatosis are commonskin diseases in clinical practice, which are difficult to treat and have a great impact on patients. MSCs have high application value inthe treatment of systemic dermatology. Therefore, this paper analyzes the research progress of MSCs in the treatment of various skin dis-eases. |
