| 目的分析白内障病人血清和房水 C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白 9(CTRP9)和克老素的表达水平以及与炎症因子的相关性。方法选取 2021年 12月至 2023年 5月山西爱尔眼科医院收治的白内障病人 100例为研究对象(试验组),另选取同一时期在该院行有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体( ICL)植入手术的病人 100例作为对照组;采用酶联免疫吸附分析( ELISA)检测血清和房水中 CTRP9、克老素表达水平;采用 Pearson相关分析白内障病人血清和房水 CTRP9、克老素表达水平与炎症因子的相关性;采用多因素 logistic回归分析影响白内障发生的因素。结果试验组血清中 CTRP9、克老素表达水平均低于对照组[(90.94±30.08)ng/L比( 134.59±41.86)ng/L、(39.53±12.89)μg/L比( 56.32±17.67)μg/L,P<0.05];试验组房水中 CTRP9、克老素表达水平均低于对照组[(101.58±33.08)ng/L比( 148.22±47.76)ng/L、(50.48±15.64)μg/L比( 65.07±20.33)μg/L,P<0.05];试验组血清中 hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-1β和 TNF-α表达水平均高于对照组( P<0.05); Pearson相关分析结果显示,试验组血清和房水中 CTRP9、克老素表达水平与 hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-1β和 TNF-α水平均呈负相关( P<0.001);多因素 logistic回归分析结果显示, CTRP9、克老素和 TNF-α是影响白内障发生的危险因素。结论白内障病人血清和房水中 CTRP9、克老素表达水平下降,与炎症因子水平呈负相关。 |

| Objective To analyze the expression levels of C1q/tumor necrosis factor related protein 9 (CTRP9) and Klotho in serum and aqueous humor of cataract patients, and their correlation with inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 100 cataract patients ad-mitted to Shanxi Aier Eye Hospital from December 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects (experimental group), andanother 100 patients who underwent ICL (posterior chamber intraocular lens) implantation surgery in this hospital during the same peri-od were randomly selected as the control group. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was applied to detect the expression lev-els of CTRP9 and Klotho in serum and aqueous humor; Pearson correlation was applied to analyze the correlation between the expres-sion levels of CTRP9 and Klotho in serum and aqueous humor of cataract patients and inflammatory factors; multivariate Logistic re-gression was applied to analyze the factors that affected the occurrence of cataracts. Results The expression levels of CTRP9 andKlotho in the serum of the experimental group were both lower than those of the control group [(90.94±30.08) ng/L vs. (134.59±41.86) ng/L, (39.53±12.89) μg/L vs. (56.32±17.67) μg/L, P<0.05]; the expression levels of CTRP9 and Klotho in the aqueous humor of the ex-perimental group were also lower than those of the control group [(101.58±33.08) ng/L vs. (148.22±47.76) ng/L, (50.48±15.64) μg/L vs. (65.07±20.33) μg/L, P<0.05]. The expression levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α in the serum of the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the expression levels of CTRP9 andKlotho in serum and aqueous humor of the experimental group were negatively correlated with the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α(P<0.001); the results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that CTRP9, Klotho, and TNF-α were risk factors af-fecting the occurrence of cataract.Conclusion The expression levels of CTRP9 and Klotho in serum and aqueous humor of cataractpatients decrease, which are negatively correlated with the levels of inflammatory factors. |
