| 目的探究碘 -131(131I)联合丙基硫氧嘧啶对甲状腺功能亢进病人免疫功能及甲状腺功能的影响。方法选取 2019年 6月至 2022年 11月三二〇一医院收治的 120例甲状腺功能亢进病人,分为对照组( 60例)和联合组( 60例),对照组给丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗,联合组给予 131I联合丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗。比较两组病人治疗前后免疫功能及甲状腺功能。结果联合组总有效率 90.00%明显高于对照组 71.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组 CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及促甲状腺激素水平相较于治疗前明显升高( P<0.05);两组 CD8+游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素、促甲状腺激素受体抗体、白细胞介素 -6、白细胞介素 -8及肿瘤坏死因子 α水平相较于疗前明显降低( P<0.05);联合组不良反应总发生率( 5.00%)明显低于对照组( 18.33%)(P<0.05)。结论 131I治、联合丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗甲状腺功能亢进可有效改善病人的免疫功能及甲状腺功能,抑制炎症反应,效果显著。 |

| Objective To investigate the impacts of iodine 131 combined with propylthiouracil on immune function and thyroid func-tion in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods A total of 120 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to 3201 Hospital from June2019 to November 2022 were regarded as the study subjects according to the random number table method. They were divided into acontrol group (60 cases) and a combination group (60 cases). The control group was treated with propylthiouracil, while the observationgroup was treated with iodine 131 combined with propylthiouracil. The immune function and thyroid function before and after treatmentof patients in two groups were compared.Results The total efficacy rate of the observation group 90.00% was significantly higher than that of the control group 71.67% (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, and thyroid-stimulating hormone in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05). The levels of CD8+, free triiodothyronine, free thyroxine, thyroid-stimu-lating hormone receptor antibody, interleukin-6, interleukin-8, and tumor necrosis factor α in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05). The observation group had a lower adverse reaction rate (5.00% vs. 18.33%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Iodine 131 combined with propylthiouracil can effectively improve the immune function and thyroid function of patients with hyperthyroidism,inhibit inflammatory reactions, and have an obvious effect. |
