| 目的通过知识图谱技术分析近 20年针灸治疗糖尿病性胃肠病(diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction，DGD)的中文文献，探讨此领域研究热点及技术转化的现状与趋势。方法采用 CiteSpace 6.2.R4、针灸古籍数据库平台和 R-Studio 4.4.0软件对中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普期刊全文数据以及中国生物医学文献数据库中 2000年 1月至 2024年 4月针灸治疗 DGD相关文献进行数据整理及挖掘、绘制知识图谱，形成针灸治疗 DGD研究领域的关键词:共现、关键词:聚类、时区图等图谱和临床治疗腧穴关联规则图谱，进行可视化分析。结果共纳入中文文献 822篇， 2000—2013年发文量较少，呈逐年上升趋势， 2014— 2024年总体呈高水平稳定趋势。共获得 576个关键词:，形成 10个关键词:聚类。高频关键词:有”“糖尿病胃轻瘫( DGP)“针灸”“糖尿病”“电针”时区图分析发现该领域的研究从早年的临床疗效观察逐渐向基础实验研究转变。共“糖尿病便秘”等。凸显、纳入 347条针灸腧穴处方，高频腧穴、关联规则分析得出针灸核心腧穴为足三里、中脘、内关及三阴交。腧穴归属经脉频次最高为足阳明胃经。辨证分型治疗中频次最高的证型为脾胃虚弱。结论针灸治疗 DGD疗效确切，其主要研究热点逐渐形成体系，通过对已研究的疗法进行更深层次的挖掘，探索出符合针灸特色的 DGD医学模式。 |

| Objective To investigate the hot spots in acupuncture-moxibustion research for the treatment of Diabetic Gastrointestinal Dysfunction (DGD) and to explore the current situation and trend of technology transformation in this field through analyzing the rele-vant Chinese literature in the recent 20 years by means of knowledge graph technology.Methods CiteSpace 6.2.R4, the acupuncture and moxibustion ancient books database platform and R-Studio 4.4.0 software were used to collate and sort the data, conduct data min-ing, draw knowledge graphs and conduct visual analysis of the literature related to acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of DGD pub-lished between January 2000 and April 2024, retrieved from CNKI, WanFang, VIP data.bases and China Biology Medicine. The graphsof keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering, timezone view and association rules of acupoints of clinical treatment were formed in thefield of acupuncture-moxibustion treatment for DGD and the treatment-based keyword networks were visualized. Results A total of 822 Chinese articles were included, with a relatively low number of publications from 2000 to 2013, showing an increasing trend yearby year. And there was an overall high-level stable trend from 2014 to 2024. A total of 576 Keywords :were obtained, forming 10 key-word clusters. The high frequency Keywords :included "DGP" "Acupuncture and moxibustion" "Diabetes" "Diabetes constipation""Electroacupuncture", etc. The burst detection and time zone analysis revealed that research in this field has gradually shifted from ear-ly clinical efficacy observation to basic experimental research. 347 acupoint prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion were includ-ed. The analysis of high-frequency acupoints and association rules showed that the core acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion wereZusanli, Zhongwan, Neiguan and Sanyinjiao. The meridian with the highest frequency of acupoint attribution was the Foot YangmingStomach Meridian. The highest frequency syndrome type in the treatment based on TCM syndromes differentiation and classificationwas the deficiency spleen and stomach.Conclusions Acupuncture-moxibustion has a definite therapeutic effect in treatment of DGD.The main research hotspots have gradually formed a system. By further exploring the therapies that have been studied, a DGD medicalmodel in line with the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion can be explored in the future. |
