| 铁死亡作为一种新型的细胞死亡方式,以细胞内的铁累积和脂质过氧化为主要特征。铁代谢、脂质代谢、氨基酸代谢以及 p53、核因子红系 2相关因子( 2Nrf2)相关信号因子参与调控铁死亡的整个过程。研究表明,铁死亡与急性呼吸窘迫综合征、慢性阻塞性肺疾病( COPD)、肺纤维化等呼吸系统疾病密切相关。该文综述了近年来有关铁死亡的相关机制以及在呼吸系统疾病中的最新进展,旨在为临床呼吸系统疾病的诊疗提供新见解。 |

| As a new type of cell death, ferroptosis is mainly characterized by intracellular iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation incells. Iron metabolism, lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism, and p53 and Nrf2-related signaling factors are involved in the wholeprocess of ferroptosis. Studies have shown that ferroptosis is closely related to acute respiratory distress syndrome, COPD, pulmonary fi-brosis and other respiratory diseases. This article reviews the related mechanisms of ferroptosis and the latest progress in respiratorydiseases in recent years, aiming to provide new insights for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical respiratory diseases. |
