| 恶性肿瘤的发生是多基因、多通路、多靶点、多阶段、多过程共同作用的结果,其生长、复发和转移在很大程度上依赖于与免疫系统之间的动态相互作用。 Toll样受体 4(TLR4)/髓分化因子 88(MyD88)/核因子 κB(NF-κB)信号通路是经典的炎症通路,在恶性肿瘤生长过程中的各个进程和阶段中发挥“双刃剑”作用,一方面可以募集炎症因子提高局部免疫细胞浸润产生抗肿瘤作用,另一方面慢性炎症也促进肿瘤的进一步发展。目前肿瘤的发展与炎症通路的激活在促炎和抗炎、促癌和抑癌中的分界线仍不明确。现综述该炎症通路在常见恶性肿瘤中的作用,以期为抗肿瘤研究提供参考。 |

| The occurrence of malignant tumor is the result of multi-gene, multi-pathway, multi-target, multi-stage and multi-process,and its growth, recurrence and metastasis depend on the dynamic interaction with the immune system to a large extent. TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway is a classic inflammatory pathway, which plays a "double-edged sword" role in various processes and stagesof malignant tumor growth. On the one hand, inflammatory factors can be recruited to improve local immune cell infiltration and pro-duce anti-tumor effects; on the other hand, chronic inflammation also promotes the further development of tumors. At present, the divid-ing lines between tumor development and inflammatory pathway activation in pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory, pro-cancer and anti-cancer are still unclear. In this paper, we reviewed the role of this inflammatory pathway in common malignant tumors, in order toprovide reference for anti-tumor research. |
