      骨肉瘤( OS)是临床上常见的骨恶性肿瘤,目前治疗方式以新辅助化疗、手术、术后化疗为主。但新辅助化疗、手术、后化疗具有预后差、花费高、耐药性、不良反应重等缺点。自噬是一种细胞分解代谢过程,是真核细胞在自噬相关基因(Atg)的术调控下利用溶酶体降解自身细胞质蛋白和受损细胞器的过程,自噬与骨肉瘤的发生、增殖、转移及放化疗敏感性等密切相关。近来研究发现,中药单体能通过多信号通路、多靶点诱导骨肉瘤细胞自噬,抑制骨肉瘤细胞增殖。现通过阐述自噬及 Atg、微管相关蛋白轻链 3(LC3)、自噬标志蛋白 Beclin-1等在骨肉瘤发生、增殖、转移及放化疗敏感性中的作用,总结中药单体干预的最新进展,以期为促进骨肉瘤研究的深入和临床治疗提供新的思路。
英文摘要:
      Osteosarcoma (OS) is a common malignant bone tumor in clinic. The current treatment methods are mainly neoadjuvant che-motherapy, surgery and postoperative chemotherapy. However, neoadjuvant chemotherapy, surgery, and postoperative chemotherapyhave disadvantages such as poor prognosis, high cost, drug resistance, and severe adverse reactions. Autophagy is a process of cell ca-tabolism. It is a process in which eukaryotic cells use lysosomes to degrade their cytoplasmic proteins and damaged organelles underthe regulation of autophagy related genes (Atg).Autophagy is closely related to the occurrence and development of OS. Recent studieshave found that traditional Chinese medicine monomers can induce OS cell autophagy and inhibit OS cell proliferation through multiplesignaling pathways and multiple targets. This article summarizes the latest progress of traditional Chinese medicine monomer interven-tion by expounding the role of autophagy and Atg, microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 (LC3), autophagy marker protein Beclin-1 in the occurrence and development of OS, in order to provide new ideas for promoting the in-depth study and clinical treat-ment of OS.
