      水罗伞为豆科植物干花豆 Fordia cauliflora Hemsl.的干燥块根,始载于《广西中药志》,是广西壮药材和瑶药材。水罗伞性平,味辣、甜,微酸,用于中风、瘫痪、儿童智力低下、老年痴呆和创伤性脑损伤。基于原植物亲缘学及化学成分特有性、化学成分可测性、入血化学成分、传统药性和功效及新的药效途径等方面对水罗伞化学成分和药理作用进行综述,通过网络药理学和分子对接方法对水罗伞的质量标志物( Q-Marker)进行预测分析,大豆苷元、 isoderricin A和 7-羟基 -6,8-二异戊烯基黄烷酮可作为水罗伞的 Q-Marker,为制定更科学合理的质量评价体系提供依据。
英文摘要:
      Fordia cauliflora is the dried root tuber of Fordia cauliflora Hemsl. in leguminous plants, and first recorded in Guangxi Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine. It is a Zhuang medicine and Yao medicine in Guangxi. F. cauliflora has a flat nature and a spicy, sweet,slightly sour in taste. It is used in the treatment of stroke, paralysis, mental retardation in children, senile dementia and traumatic braininjury. This paper summarize the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of F. cauliflora, and based on the original plant af-finities and chemical composition specificity, chemical composition measurability, blood entry chemical composition, traditional medic-inal properties, traditional efficacy, new pharmacological pathways, from network pharmacology and molecular docking methods to pre-dictive analysis of F. cauliflora quality maker (Q-Marker). 7, 4'-dihydroxyisoflavone, isoderricin A, and 7-hydroxy-6, 8-diprenylflava-none can be used as Q-Markers for F. cauliflora, to provide a basis for the development of a more scientific and reasonable quality eval-uation system.
