      目的首次摸底调查塔什库尔干县人群剥脱综合征(XFS)的患病率。方法采用分层随机抽样设计,对塔什库尔干县 2个镇 10个乡 45个村的居民做分层随机抽样,从村卫生院户籍名单中随机抽取被调查者,采用眼科检查及询问的方式填写调查表,筛查总结分析眼病类型及相关因素。结果来自塔什库尔干镇、塔吉克阿巴提镇、提孜那甫乡、瓦恰乡的 206名居民完成调查,其中表格填写完整,通过质量控制用于统计分析的为 199份,其中男性 100例,女性 99例。 XFS/剥脱综合征性青光眼(XFG)44例,患病率为 22.11%,其中 XFS 32例,为 16.08%,XFG 12例,为 6.03%,XFG占 XFS 27.27%,白内障 119例,占 59.80%; 40~<50岁人群中未检出 XFS/XFG病人, 50~<60岁检出该眼病患病率为 14.58%,60~<70岁为 27.28%,70~<80岁为 38.24%,80~ 92岁为 54.55%,印证了该疾病随着年龄增大患病率逐渐升高。筛查人群日均户外活动时间 >4 h占 72.36%,其中 XFS/XFG病人日均日光暴露时间超过 4h占 79.55%,尤其户外活动时间 <4 h XFS患病率为 12.73%,XFG患病率为 3.64%,而户外活动时间 >4 h XFS患病率为 17.36%,XFG患病率为 6.94%,XFS/XFG患病率均明显升高,提示 XFS/XFG与日光暴露有相关性。结论该研究首次对塔什库尔干县居民进行筛查,提示 XFS/XFG患病率很高,同时 XFS/XFG与日光暴露关系密切;首次以切实的筛查数据支持塔什库尔干县 XFS/XFG患病率高达 20%以上,填补数据空白,揭示其重要的研究意义及必要性。

      Objective To conduct the first preliminary investigation on the prevalence of exfoliation syndrome (XFS) among the popu-lation in Tashkurgan district.Methods A stratified random sampling design was adopted to conduct stratified random sampling of thepopulation in 2 towns and 10 villages across 45 administrative villages in Tashkurgan County. Respondents were randomly selectedfrom the household registration lists of village health centers, with screening summaries analysing the types of eye diseases and relatedfactors.Results A total of 206 individuals from Tashkurgan Town, Tajik Abati Town, Tizinafu Township, and Wakha Township com-pleted the survey. Among them, 199 questionnaires were fully filled out and passed quality control for statistical analysis, including 100males and 99 females. Among the patients, there were 44 cases of XFS/exfoliation syndrome glaucoma (XFG), with a prevalence rate of22.11%. This included 32 cases of XFS (16.08%) and 12 cases of XFG (6.03%). XFG accounted for 27.27% of the XFS cases. Addi-tionally, there were 119 cases of cataracts, with a prevalence rate of 59.80%; No XFS/XFG patients were detected in the age group of40-<50 years. The prevalence of XFS/XFG was 14.58% in the 50-<60 age group, 27.28% in the 60-<70 age group, 38.24% in the 70-< 80 age group, and 54.55% in the 80-92 age group, confirming that the prevalence of the disease gradually increases with age. In thescreened population, 72.36% had a daily outdoor activity time of more than 4 hours, among which 79.55% of patients with XFS/XFGhad a daily sunlight exposure time exceeding 4 hours. Notably, among individuals with outdoor activity time <4 hours, the prevalencerates were 12.73% for XFS and 3.64% for XFG. In contrast, for those with outdoor activity time >4 hours, the rates were 17.36% forXFS and 6.94% for XFG. The prevalence of both XFS and XFG was significantly higher in the >4-hour group, suggesting a correlation between XFS/XFG and sunlight exposure.Conclusions This study is the first to screen the population in Tashkurgan County, suggest-ing a high prevalence of XFS/XFG. Meanwhile, XFS/XFG is closely associated with sunlight exposure. The first to validate that theprevalence of XFS/XFG in the Tashkurgan district is as high as 20% or more, supported by tangible streaming data, which fills the gapin the data, and reveals its important research significance and necessity.
