| 近年来，富血小板血浆( PRP)在创面修复方面的促进作用已得到公认，其可释放多种生长因子，有止痛及抑菌作用，且具有产生胞外囊泡的功能也得到了许多关注； PRP与创面负压疗法(NPWT)及脂肪源性干细胞( ADSC)的联合应用在一系列临床实践中也取得了确切效果。该文就 PRP促进创面修复的相关作用机制及其应用新进展作一综述，以期为 PRP研究与应用提供更多的理论依据。 |

| In recent years, the promoting effect of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) on wound healing has been widely recognized. It can re.lease a variety of growth factors, exert analgesic and antibacterial effects, and its ability to produce extracellular vesicles has also at.tracted considerable attention. In clinical practice, the combination of PRP with negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) and adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC) has achieved definite outcomes in a series of clinical applications. This article reviews the mechanisms bywhich PRP promotes wound healing and its recent advances in application, with the aim of providing a stronger theoretical basis forPRP research and use. |
