| 微视野计是一种新型的评估视觉功能的技术，可以将视网膜形态与功能结合分析，同时结合一个眼位追踪系统来校正固视缺失的刺激位置，提高偏心固视及固视不稳定病人的测量稳定性，是视力、视野等其他视功能指标的良好补充。微视野计是目前临床评估黄斑退行性疾病中残余视力和视觉功能的重要检查，其已应用于老年性黄斑变性、糖尿病性视网膜病变、视网膜色素变性、 Stargardt病、黄斑裂孔等多种眼底黄斑疾病，同时亦应用于弱视、青光眼、白内障、中毒性视网膜病变等。该文综述了微视野计在眼科疾病中的主要临床应用进展。 |

| Microperimetry is a new technology for assessing visual function, which enables the integrated analysis of both retinal mor.phology and function. And by using an eye-tracking system, it simultaneously corrects stimulus locations for fixation loss, thereby im.proving measurement stability in patients with eccentric or unstable fixation. The technology is a useful supplement to other visual func.tion indicators such as visual acuity and visual field. Microperimetry is an important test for clinical evaluation of residual visual acuityand visual function in macular degenerative diseases, which has been applied to various fundus macular diseases such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinitis pigmentosa, Stargardt's disease, and macular hole. It is also applied to amblyopia,glaucoma, cataract, and toxic retinopath. This article reviews the key advances in the clinical application of microperimetry in ophthal.mic diseases. |
