| 目的建立土家族药物烂泥巴树高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱,并进行化学模式识别分析评价烂泥巴树药材质量。方法于 2023年 4—10月建立烂泥巴树的 HPLC指纹图谱分析方法(色谱柱: Kromasil 100-5 C18;流动相:乙腈 -0.2%磷酸水),并应用于 9批不同产地样品的分析。通过相似度评价与聚类分析、主成分分析(PCA)、正交偏最小二乘判别分析( OPLS-DA)等多种化学模式识别技术的联用,实现对样品的综合分析与鉴别。结果建立了土家族药物烂泥巴树 HPLC指纹图谱,共提取 17个共有峰,并指认出 3号峰为紫丁香苷, 4号峰为绿原酸, 9批烂泥巴树指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度均大于 0.9,聚类分析将药材分为 2类, PCA、OPLS-DA结果与聚类分析一致,并筛选出 11个差异标志物。结论建立的土家族药物烂泥巴树 HPLC指纹图谱相似度好;结合化学模式识别,可以为不同产地烂泥巴树质量控制提供参考。 |

| Objective To develop a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprint for the Tujia nationality medicineTorricellia angulata and to evaluate the quality of this medicinal material through chemical pattern recognition analysis. Methods From April to October 2023, an HPLC fingerprint method for Torricellia angulata was established (column: Kromasil 100-5 C18; mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution) and applied to analyze nine batches of samples from different origins. Com.prehensive analysis and identification of the samples were achieved by integrating similarity evaluation with various chemical patternrecognition techniques, including cluster analysis, principal component analysis (PCA), and orthogonal partial least squares-discrimi. nant analysis (OPLS-DA).Results The HPLC fingerprint for Torricellia angulata was successfully established, extracting 17 commonpeaks. Peak 3 was identified as syringin and peak 4 as chlorogenic acid. The similarity between the fingerprint of all nine batches andthe reference fingerprint was greater than 0.9. Cluster analysis categorized the medicinal materials into two groups, a result consistentwith PCA and OPLS-DA findings. Furthermore, 11 differential markers were screened.Conclusion The established HPLC fingerprint of the Tujia ethnic medicine Torricellia angulata has good similarity,and combined with chemical pattern recognition,it can provide ref. erence for quality control of Torricellia angulata in different production areas. |
