      目的基于 Web of Science数据库,通过文献计量学方法分析缺血性脑卒中( IS)与白细胞介素 -6(IL-6)关联研究的研究现状和热点。方法使用 Web of Science核心合集( WoSCC)数据库对 2003年 1月 1日至 2024年 7月 6日发表的关于 IS与 IL-6的文献进行了检索,利用 CiteSpace和 VOSviewer等分析工具深入分析出版物的产出、地理分布、机构隶属关系、作者网络、期刊引用、共引文献和主题关键词:。结果共纳入了 3 579篇关于 IS与 IL-6的文献,年度发文量呈上升趋势。中国的发文量最高,首都医科大学是主要贡献机构。 Li Hao和 Castillo Jose为发文量最高的作者。研究热点主要集中在探讨 IL-6在 IS中的调节作用以及其相关的基础生物学机制。结论 IS与 IL-6的关联研究正处于快速发展阶段,相关文献数量持续增长。中国在该领域处于领先地位,但研究团队和机构之间仍存在一定的学术壁垒。因此,建议进一步加强跨地区的合作与交流,深入探索 IL-6在神经保护和炎症反应中的核心作用。通过开展多中心研究合作,提供更多的循证医学证据,同时应加强基础研究与临床应用之间的转化,为 IS的治疗提供更加坚实的科学基础。

      Objective To analyze the current status and research hotspots on the association between ischemic stroke (IS) and inter. leukin-6 (IL-6) using bibliometric methods based on the Web of Science database.Methods A comprehensive search was conducted in the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database for literatures on IS and IL-6 published from January 1, 2003 to July 6, 2024. We used analytical tools such as CiteSpace and VOSviewer to perform an in-depth analysis of publication output, geographical distribu. tion, institutional affiliations, author networks, journal citations, co-cited references, and subject keywords.Results A total of 3 579 publications on IS and IL-6 were included, showing an increasing annual publication trend. China produced the highest number of pub.lications, with Capital Medical University being the leading contributing institution. The most prolific authors were Li Hao and CastilloJose. Research hotspots mainly focused on the regulatory role of IL-6 in IS and its underlying biological mechanisms.Conclusions Re. search on the association between IS and IL-6 is undergoing rapid development, with a continuously growing number of related publica.tions. China plays a leading role in this field, however, certain academic barriers remain between research teams and institutions.Therefore, we recommended enhancing cross-regional collaboration and communication to further explore the central role of IL-6 in neuroprotection and inflammatory responses. Multicenter research collaborations should be promoted to provide stronger evidence-based medical data, and translation between basic research and clinical applications should be strengthened to establish a more solidscientific foundation for IS treatment.
