      随着现代检验医学的迅速发展以及新科技的出现,传统医学教育模式面临重大的挑战与改革。加强医学与教育的融合,提高临床实践教学质量,是医学教育面临的重大挑战。临床免疫学检验实验教学的难点在于检验项目繁多,方法学多样,专业性强,操作烦琐,对学生的主观能动性和积极性有一定影响。笔者构建了基于构思 -设计 -实施 -操作( CDIO)理念的案例教学法( CBL)教学模式,并在南京医科大学医学检验技术本科生实验教学中进行了实践,该教学模式的应用,使教师能够在教学过程中实施更为有效、更具针对性的教学。同时, CBL联合 CDIO教学模式能够显著提高学生自主学习能力、逻辑思维能力、解决问题能力、临床实践能力和团队合作精神,提升了临床免疫学检验实验教学的质量,助力培养高质量、应用型医学检验专业人才,以适应和满足医学检验事业的发展需求。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid development of modern laboratory medicine and the emergence of new technologies, the traditional medicaleducation model faces significant challenges and the need for reform. Strengthening the integration of medicine and education and im.proving the quality of clinical practice teaching are major challenges in medical education. The difficulty in teaching clinical immunolo.gy laboratory experiments lies in their being characterized bylies in a wide variety of test items, diverse methodologies, high specializa.tion, and cumbersome procedures, which adversely affects students' initiative and motivation. We developed a case-based learning (CBL) teaching model based on the conceive-design-implement-operate (CDIO) concept and implemented it in the experimental teach.ing of clinical laboratory technology undergraduates at Nanjing Medical University. The application of this teaching model enables in.structors to carry out more effective and targeted teaching. Moreover, the CBL combined with the CDIO approach significantly enhancesstudents' self-directed learning ability, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, clinical practice competence, and teamwork spirit,thereby improving the quality of clinical immunology laboratory experiment teaching and helping tocultivate high-quality, application-oriented medical laboratory professionals to meet the development needs of the medical laboratory field.
