| 中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变( central serous chorioretinopathy，CSC)是一种与多因素相关的脉络膜视网膜疾病，其发病机制尚未完全明确。 A型性格、心理压力、外源性糖皮质激素的使用及内源性皮质醇水平升高是 CSC常见的危险因素。目前关于 CSC的治疗尚未达成共识，常见的治疗方法包括光动力疗法、阈下微脉冲激光、玻璃体腔注射抗血管内皮生长因子等，口服药物和手术治疗也正在研究中。该研究综述了 CSC治疗方法的研究进展，以期为 CSC的临床治疗提供参考。 |

| Central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) is a multifactorial chorioretinopathy, whose pathogenesis is not yet fully understood. A-type personality, psychological stress, use of exogenous glucocorticoids, and elevated levels of endogenous cortisol are common riskfactors for CSC. At present, there is no consensus on the treatment of CSC. Common treatment methods include photodynamic therapy,subthreshold micropulse laser, intravitreal injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor, etc. Oral medications and surgical treat-ments are also being studied. This study reviews the research progress of CSC treatment methods, aiming to provide reference for theclinical treatment of CSC. |
