| 核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体含 Pyrin结构域蛋白 3(NLRP3)炎症小体是一种与多种慢性炎症性疾病的发生发展密切相关的多蛋白复合体，其过度活化可促进白细胞介素 -1β(interleukin-1β，IL-1β)和白细胞介素 -18(interleukin-18，IL-18)释放造成炎症反应。慢性呼吸系统疾病是影响我国居民健康的主要疾病之一，研究证实在多种慢性呼吸系统疾病发展过程中 NLRP3炎症小体扮演着重要的角色。该研究以支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、硅肺、肺癌为例，就 NLRP3炎症小体在慢性呼吸系统疾病近年的研究进展进行综述。 |

| The nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family, pyrin domain-containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome is a multi-protein complex that is intimately associated with the genesis and progression of diverse chronic inflammatory diseases. Its ex-cessive activation can expedite the release of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-18 (IL-18), giving rise to inflammatory responses.Chronic respiratory diseases rank among the principal diseases that impact the health of residents in China. It has been attested that theNLRP3 inflammasome also assumes a crucial role in the development of various chronic respiratory diseases. In this article, with bron-chial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, silicosis, and lung cancer as instances, the research advancement of the NLRP3inflammasome in chronic respiratory diseases in recent years is reviewed. |
