      宫颈癌是全球女性最常见的妇科肿瘤之一,其发生发展是连续、渐进、多个阶段演变及多种癌基因共同参与的漫长过程。早诊早治对提高病人生存率、改善病人预后等具有重要作用。超声造影技术通过向人体内静脉注射对比剂微泡,准确评估病灶微循环灌注情况,从而对病灶进行定性及定量分析,其与影像组学等新技术协同应用在宫颈癌的早期诊断和治疗效果评价等具有潜在临床推广价值。该研究就超声造影及其相关新技术在宫颈癌诊疗中的应用进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological tumors in women around the world. Its occurrence and develop-ment is a long process involving continuous, progressive, multi-stage evolution and multiple oncogenes. Early diagnosis and treatmentplay an important role in improving the survival rate and prognosis for patients. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology accurately as-sesses the microcirculation perfusion in lesions by intravenously administering microbubble contrast agents, so as to conduct qualitativeand quantitative analysis of lesions. Its collaborative application with new technologies such as radiomics has potential clinical promo-tion value in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer and evaluation of therapeutic effects. This study reviews the progress of contrast-en-hanced ultrasound and related new technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
