| 肝细胞癌( HCC)是原发性肝癌中最常见的类型,其发病率及病死率逐年升高。早期诊断是 HCC治疗的关键,可显著改善预后,提高病人生存率。目前广泛使用超声检查联合甲胎蛋白( AFP)检测对 HCC高危病人进行定期筛查,但 AFP灵敏度和特异度不高,对于高危人群 HCC发展的风险分层、早期诊断、预后和治疗反应的预测并不理想。 HCC目前还没有一个理想的诊断标志物,因此迫切需要新的生物标志物用于临床诊疗,为传统的基于成像的监测提供补充。该研究就目前常用的外周血生物标志物在 HCC诊断和监测中的应用展开综述,以期为 HCC的早期诊断及预后评估开辟一条新途径。 |

| Of all primary liver cancers, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most prevalent, whose morbidity and mortality rates areincreasing annually. Early diagnosis is the key to treating HCC, which can significantly improve the prognosis and increase the survivalof patients. Ultrasonography, combined with alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) testing, is widely used in the regular screening of patients who areat high risk of HCC. However, AFP has low sensitivity and specificity, and it is not optimal for risk stratification, early diagnosis, prog-nosis, and prediction of therapeutic response for HCC development in high-risk populations. At present, HCC does not have an ideal di-agnostic marker, and thus, new biomarkers for clinical diagnosis and treatment are urgently needed to complement traditional imaging-based surveillance. This study reviews the application of commonly used peripheral blood biomarkers to the monitoring and diagnosis ofHCC, with the objective of opening up a new route for the early diagnosis and prognostic assessment of HCC. |
