      随着神经影像技术的不断发展,利用无创神经活动成像技术,对眼科疾病中脑功能变化的研究不断增多。与屈光介质、屈光状态相关疾病的研究大多集中在眼部结构及生物参数,部分涉及脑功能的研究已证实其可能涉及大脑结构与功能的改变,故该研究对屈光介质(泪膜、角膜、晶状体)及屈光不正(近视、散光)相关疾病对脑功能的影响作一简要综述。
英文摘要:
      With the continuous development of neuroimaging technology, there is an increasing amount of research on brain functionalchanges in ophthalmic diseases using non-invasive neuroactivity imaging technology. Research on refractive media related diseasessuch as tear film, cornea, and lens, as well as refractive errors, mostly focuses on eye structure and biological parameters. Some studiesrelated to brain function have confirmed that they may involve changes in brain structure and function. Therefore, this article provides abrief review of the effects of refractive media (tear film, cornea, lens) and refractive errors (myopia, astigmatism) related diseases onbrain function.
