| 目前LL-37是人类机体中唯一的Cathelicidin家族成员,不仅在宿主防御中发挥直接抗菌作用,还通过抗炎、介导自噬和促进组织修复等多重功能参与肺部疾病的发生与发展过程。近年来研究表明,LL-37在慢性阻塞性肺疾病、哮喘、肺结核、急性呼吸窘迫综合征等肺部疾病中通过复杂的免疫机制影响疾病进程。本文系统综述LL-37的分子结构、生物学功能及其在常见肺部疾病中的研究进展,重点探讨在感染防御、炎症调控、组织修复中的作用,挖掘今后作为治疗靶点的潜力。 |

| LL-37 is the only identified member of the human cathelicidin family. It not only exerts direct antimicrobial effects in host defense, but also participates in the occurrence and development of pulmonary diseases through multiple functions, including anti-inflammatory activity, regulation of autophagy, and promotion of tissue repair. Recent studies have shown that LL-37 influences disease progression in various pulmonary disorders, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, tuberculosis, and acute respiratory distress syndrome, via complex mechanisms. This article systematically reviews the molecular structure and biological functions of LL-37, as well as its research progress in common pulmonary diseases. It further focuses on its roles in infection defense, inflammatory regulation, and tissue repair, and discusses its potential as a therapeutic target for future clinical translation. |
