| C1神经元位于延髓头端腹外侧区(Rostral ventrolateral medulla,RVLM)及其邻近腹外侧延髓,是中枢自主神经网络中最重要的儿茶酚胺能前交感神经元群之一。在维持交感神经活动、调控血压稳态以及整合呼吸循环反射和机体应激反应中发挥重要作用。现有证据表明,C1神经元并非只是单纯的升高血压,而是一个根据内环境波动被差异募集的前自主神经整合节点。该篇文章拟围绕C1神经元的功能特征、在心血管调节中的作用及调控心血管功能的分子与神经环路机制等方面进行综述,以期为开发心血管疾病的新治疗策略以及围麻醉期患者的循环管理提供理论参考。 |

| C1 neurons are located in the rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVLM) and adjacent ventrolateral medulla of the medulla oblongata, constituting one of the most critical catecholaminergic presynaptic sympathetic neuron populations in the central autonomic nervous network. They play pivotal roles in maintaining sympathetic activity, regulating blood pressure homeostasis, and integrating respiratory-circulatory reflexes with systemic stress responses. Current evidence indicates that C1 neurons are not merely responsible for blood pressure elevation but serve as a presynaptic autonomic integration node that is selectively recruited in response to internal environmental fluctuations. This article aims to provide a comprehensive review on the functional characteristics of C1 neurons, their role in cardiovascular regulation, and the molecular and neural circuit mechanisms underlying cardiovascular function modulation. The goal is to offer theoretical references for developing novel therapeutic strategies for cardiovascular diseases and improving circulatory management in peri-anesthetic patients. |
