      目的比较在缺氧缺血性脑病( HIE)病儿中,振幅整合脑电图( aEEG)背景模式、背景模式恢复时间、睡眠觉醒周期(SWC)出现时间、惊厥负荷及爆发间隔与磁共振成像( MRI)评分之间的相关性。方法共纳入山西省儿童医院 2020年 1月至 2022年 12月收治的 58例中 /重度 HIE病儿,所有病儿均完善了脑电图及脑 MRI检查,通过进行背景分度及 MRI评分对 aEEG背景模式、背景恢复时间、 SWC出现时间、惊厥负荷及爆发间隔与 MRI评分之间的相关性进行了比较。结果在中 /重度 HIE病儿中, aEEG背景模式、背景恢复时间、 SWC出现时间、惊厥负荷以及爆发间隔与 MRI评分之间均存在相关性,与 MRI评分的相关系数分别为 24~48 h aEEG背景模式( r=0.55,P<0.001)背景恢复时间( r=0.52,P<0.001),SWC出现时间(r=0.50,P<0.001),惊厥负荷( r=0.33,P=0.012)爆发间隔( r=0.30,P=0.028)。结论,在中 /重度 HIE病儿中, 24~48 h aEEG背景模式、背景恢复时间、出现 SWC的时间、惊厥负荷,和爆发间隔与 MRI评分均存在相关性,但各相关系数比较差异无统计学意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare the correlations of amplitude-integrated electroencephalogram (aEEG) background, time to contin-uous normal voltage (CNV), time to sleep-wake cycle (SWC), seizure burden and interburst interval with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) score in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods This study included 58 infants with moderate to se-vere HIE admitted to Shanxi Children's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022. All the neonates underwent aEEG and brainMRI examinations. aEEG background grading and MRI score were determined to compare the correlations of aEEG background, timeto CNV, time to SWC, seizure burden and interburst interval with MRI score.Results There were correlations between aEEG back-ground, time to CNV, time to SWC, seizure burden and interburst interval with MRI score in neonates with moderate and severe HIE.The correlations were as follows: 24-48 h aEEG background (r=0.55, P<0.001), time to CNV (r=0.52, P<0.001), time to SWC (r=0.50, P< 0.001), seizure burden (r=0.33, P=0.012), interburst interval (r=0.30, P=0.028).Conclusions There are correlations between 24-48 h aEEG background, time to CNV, time to SWC, seizure burden and interburst interval with MRI score in neonates with moderate and se-vere HIE. But there are no statistical differences between their correlation coefficients.
