| 目的探讨单侧卵巢甲状腺嗜酸细胞腺瘤伴胸腔积液的临床表现、影像学特征及发病原因。方法 2020年 2月青岛大学附属威海市中心医院收治左卵巢甲状腺嗜酸细胞腺瘤伴胸腔积液病人 1例，女， 50岁，初诊为卵巢肿瘤，行经腹子宫 +双附件切除 +盆腔粘连松解术，术后病理确诊为甲状腺嗜酸细胞腺瘤。结果病人术后恢复良好，嘱定期复查。结论异位于卵巢的甲状腺嗜酸细胞腺瘤表现极不典型，需要熟悉相关病理特点并加以鉴别。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, imaging features and etiology of unilateral ovarian thyroid eosino-philic adenoma with pleural effusion.Methods In February 2020, a 50-year-old female patient with left ovarian thyroid eosinophilicadenoma accompanied by pleural effusion was admitted to Weihai Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University. She was diagnosedwith ovarian tumor for the first time and confirmed as thyroid eosinophilic adenoma by postoperative pathology.Results The patient re-covered well after operation and was asked to review regularly.Conclusion The manifestations of thyroid eosinophilic adenoma locat-ed outside the ovary are extremely atypical, and it is necessary to be familiar with the relevant pathological features and distinguishthem. |
