| 目的探讨归脾汤加减对孤独症谱系障碍合并睡眠障碍儿童的影响。方法采用前瞻性区组随机化方法对 2022年 4月至 2024年 1月于濮阳市中医医院就诊的 64例孤独症谱系障碍合并睡眠障碍病儿分为观察组与对照组各 32例，对照组病儿给予行为治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予归脾汤加减治疗，观察两组病儿治疗前后临床疗效，儿童睡眠习惯问卷( CSHQ)评分，孤独症行为量表( ABC)多导睡眠监测指标及血清 25羟维生素 D［25(OH)D］水平。结果治疗后，观察组较对照组 CSHQ总分［(45.25±3.73)分比( 52.36，±4.48)分］、 ABC总分［(69.34±3.46)分比( 78.52±3.88)分］低( P<0.05)。治疗后两组 CSHQ各维度评分、 ABC各维度评分均较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照组( P<0.05)；治疗后两组睡眠总时间、浅睡眠时间、深睡眠时间及血清 25(OH)D水平均较治疗前升高，且观察组高于对照组( P<0.05)；观察组治疗后总有效率为 93.75%高于对照组 75.00%(P<0.05)。结论归脾汤加减可有效改善孤独症谱系障碍合并睡眠障碍病儿的睡眠质量，临床疗效显著。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of Guipi decoction on children with autism spectrum disorder complicated with sleep disorder.Methods From April 2022 to January 2024, 64 children with autism spectrum disorder and sleep disorders who visited Chi-nese Medicine Hospital of Puyang were randomly assigned to an observation group (n=32) or a control group (n=32), using a prospectiveblock randomization method. The control group received behavioral treatment, while the observation group received modified Guipi de-coction therapy on the basis of the behavioral treatment. The clinical efficacies of the children in the two groups before and after treat-ment were observed. Scores on children's sleep habits questionnaire (CSHQ) and autism behavior checklist (ABC), polysomnographicindexes and serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] levels were measured.Results After treatment, the total scores of CSHQ [(45.25± 3.73) points vs. (52.36±4.48) points] and ABC [(69.34±3.46) points vs. (78.52±3.88) points] in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, scores for each dimension of CSHQ and ABC in both groups were lower thanthose before treatment, with scores of the observation group lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the totalsleep time, light sleep time, deep sleep time and serum 25(OH)D expression level in both groups were higher than those before treat-ment, with the data higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (93.75% vs. 75.00%, P < 0.05).Conclusion Modified Guipi decoction can effectively improve thesleep quality of children with autism spectrum disorder complicated with sleep disorders, and the clinical efficacy is significant. |
