| 白内障是世界范围内致盲的主要原因之一,也是一个重大的公共卫生问题。目前临床上对白内障的诊断及分级主要依赖于晶状体混浊分类系统 Ⅲ(LOCS Ⅲ),但这种方法具有主观性。眼前节成像技术的发展使客观评估晶状体的混浊程度成为可能。该文对目前用于客观评估白内障成像系统的原理、优劣处及评估性能进行归纳总结。这些成像系统对白内障的筛查、诊断及评估手术时机至关重要。选择合适的设备对不同类型的白内障病人进行客观分析,也可为临床工作提供更加有力的理论支持。 |

| Cataract is one of the principal reasons leading to blindness worldwide, which is also a major public health issue. At pres.ent, the diagnosis and grading of cataract in clinical practice is mainly based on the lens opacities classification system Ⅲ (LOCS Ⅲ).However, this method is subjective. The development of anterior segment imaging technology has made it possible to objectively assessthe lens opacity. This review summarizes the principles, advantages and disadvantages, as well as the performance of systems currentlyused for objective assessment of cataracts. These systems are crucial for cataract screening, diagnosing, and evaluating the timing of sur.gery. The selection of appropriate equipment for different types of cataract patients can also provide more powerful theoretical supportfor clinical work. |
