| 肛瘘作为肛肠疾病中的难题之一，常因疼痛而让病人倍感煎熬，不仅生理上影响病人，更有甚者产生焦虑、抑郁等心理问题。传统手术治疗肛瘘时，常常会对肛门周围组织造成损伤，进而影响肛门功能。由此肛瘘的微创技术应运而生，其核心理念在于提高治愈率、减少并发症，并以最小的损伤、最短的时间实现最佳治疗效果。相较传统手术，激光技术为肛瘘病人提供了新的治疗选择。它不仅能最大限度地保护肛门括约肌，减少术后并发症，还在很大程度上满足了现代微创外科门诊手术的治疗理念。因此，激光技术在肛瘘外科治疗中的应用逐渐受到临床医师的广泛关注。为了更好地发挥激光治疗肛瘘这一技术，我们需要深入把握其适应证，并全面探讨其优缺点。为此，该文综述了激光技术治疗肛瘘的历史与原理、优势、研究现状，同时将其与其他微创手术进行对比，揭示了其可能存在的缺点与现存争议。希望能为临床医师在治疗肛瘘时提供有价值的参考，共同推动肛瘘治疗的进步与发展。 |

| Anal fistula is one of the most difficult problems in anorectal diseases. It often makes patients suffer due to pain. It not onlyaffects patients physiologically, but also causes psychological problems such as anxiety and depression. When traditional surgery isused to treat anal fistula, it often causes damage to the tissues around the anus, thereby affecting anal function. From this, the minimallyinvasive technology of anal fistula emerged. Its core concept is to improve the cure rate, reduce complications, and achieve the besttreatment effect with minimal damage and the shortest time. Compared with traditional surgery, laser technology provides new treatmentoptions for patients with anal fistula. It not only protects the anal sphincter to the maximum extent and reduces postoperative complica.tions, but also satisfies the treatment concept of modern minimally invasive outpatient surgery to a large extent. Therefore, the applica.tion of laser technology in the surgical treatment of anal fistula has gradually attracted widespread attention from clinicians. However,in order to better utilize the technology of laser treatment of anal fistula, we need to deeply understand its indications and comprehen.sively explore its advantages and disadvantages. To this end, the article reviews the history, principles, advantages, and research statusof laser technology for the treatment of anal fistulas. It also compares it with other minimally invasive surgeries, revealing its possibleshortcomings and existing controversies. We hope that the article can provide valuable reference for clinicians when treating anal fistu.la and jointly promote the progress and development of anal fistula treatment. |
