      由于眼部结构的特殊性,眼科手术创口的有效密封仍然没有解决。目前的商用眼部黏合剂(如纤维蛋白胶、氰基丙烯酸酯和聚乙二醇衍生物等)由于其弱黏附性、高细胞毒性和递送困难等原因尚未广泛应用。水凝胶作为一种具备多维应用潜能的高分子材料,有着可控的力学性能及生物性能,是组织工程、生物工程等领域的研究热点。水凝胶良好的透明性、安全性、兼容性不仅有望改善眼部创伤的治疗效果,还有助于简化手术过程,为眼部疾病的治疗提供了广阔前景。该文综述了水凝胶的分类、黏接机制及近年来高黏附水凝胶在眼科手术方面的应用进展,以便为后续研究提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Due to the uniqueness of ocular structures, effective wound sealing in ophthalmic surgery remains unresolved. Current com.mercial ocular adhesives, such as fibrin glue, cyanoacrylates, and polyethylene glycol derivatives, have not been widely adopted due totheir weak adhesion, high cytotoxicity, and delivery challenges. Hydrogels, as a type of polymer material with multi-dimensional appli.cation potential, have controllable mechanical and biological properties and are a research hotspot in fields like tissue engineering andbioengineering. The excellent transparency, safety, and compatibility of hydrogels not only hold promise for improving the treatment ofocular trauma but also help simplify surgical procedures, offering broad prospects for the treatment of eye diseases. This article reviewsthe classifications of hydrogels, their adhesion mechanisms, and the recent advances in high-adhesive hydrogels in ophthalmic surgery, providing a reference for subsequent research.
