| 近年来，随着国民生活水平的不断改善以及新冠感染疫情的影响，人们比以往更加关注自己的健康。高尿酸血症(HUA)和运动性高血压( EH)都将增加心血管疾病发生的风险，对人类健康的威胁不容忽视。人们既往认为尿酸水平的升高是静息状态下血压升高的独立危险因素，近年来研究发现，高尿酸水平在 EH的发生、发展中也起着重要影响作用，加强对社区居民的健康宣教，对血尿酸水平进行早期监测和干预对预防 EH的发生及未来心血管疾病的发生有着重要意义。 |

| In recent years, with the continuous improvement of national living standards and the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic,people are more concerned about their health than ever before. Both hyperuricemia (HUA) and exercise hypertension (EH) will increasethe risk of cardiovascular disease in the future, and the threat to human health cannot be ignored. In the past, it was considered that theincrease of uric acid level was an independent risk factor for the increase of blood pressure in resting state. Recent studies have foundthat high uric acid level also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of EH. Strengthening the health education ofcommunity residents, early monitoring and intervention of blood uric acid level are of great significance in preventing the occurrence ofEH and the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases in the future. |
