      目的建立一套测定云南道地药材云木香中铅( Pb)、镉( Cd)、汞( Hg)、砷( As)、铜( Cu)5种重金属及有害元素残留量的方法,并对其进行初步的风险评估。方法 2022年 11月至 2024年 1月用微波消解法预处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定上述 5种元素的残留量。通过计算日暴露量和危害指数,对潜在风险进行评估。结果 5种元素的线性关系良好( r≥0.998),回收率范围 89.8%~100.5%(n=6,RSD≤1.3%)精密度和重复性良好。 9批次云木香样品中均不同程度检出了铅、砷、汞、镉、铜元素。风险评价结果显示,日暴露量( Exp)分别,为 7×10.4、3×10.4、5×10.4、3×10.6、9.5×10.3 μg/kg,危害指数( HI)分别为 5.4×10.3、3.6×10.3、1.7×10.3、5.3×10.5、1.9×10.4。结论采用 ICP-MS法测定 9批次云木香中镉、砷、铜、铅、汞 5种重金属及有害元素的含量均在规定的限量范围内,且健康危害风险值显示不会危害人体生命健康,为标准完善、质量监督及相关风险评价提供参考依据。

      Objective To establish a method for determining the residual levels of five heavy metals and harmful elements, includinglead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), arsenic (As), and copper (Cu), in Yunnan authentic medicinal herb Aucklandia lappa, and to conduct a preliminary risk assessment.Methods Microwave digestion was used to preprocess the sample from November 2022 to Jan.uary 2024, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to determine the residual amounts of the five ele.ments mentioned above. Potential risks were assessed by calculating daily exposure and hazard indices. Results The five elements showed good linearity (r ≥0.998), with an average recovery rate ranging from 89.8% to 100.5% (n=6, RSD≤1.3%), and good precisionand repeatability. Lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium, and copper were detected to varying degrees in all 9 batches of Aucklandia lappa. The risk assessment results showed that the daily exposure doses (Exp) of these elements were 7×10.4, 3×10.4, 5×10.4, 3×10.6, and 9.5× 10-3 μg/kg, respectively. The hazard indices (HI) were 5.4×10.3, 3.6×10.3, 1.7×10.3, 5.3×10.5, and 1.9×10.4, respectively.Conclusions The ICP-MS method was used to determine the concentrations of 5 heavy metals and harmful elements, including Cd, As, Cu, Pb, andHg, in 9 batches of Aucklandia lappa, all of which were within the prescribed limit range. The HI values of health hazard risk showedthat they would not harm human life and health. Such method provides a reference for the improvement of determination standards,quality supervision, and related risk assessment by relevant departments.
