| 目的报告 1例罕见的囊性子宫腺肌病病人的临床表现、诊断和治疗过程，并通过回顾文献加深对该疾病的认识。方法 2022年 5月 10日 43岁女性病人因继发性痛经 2年、下腹疼痛 12 h于潍坊市益都中心医院就诊，术前彩超提示巧克力囊肿蒂扭转，结合术中腹腔镜探查所见及术后病理诊断为囊性子宫腺肌病，完整切除病灶并术后给予醋酸戈舍瑞林( GnRH-a)预防复发。结果病人术后预后良好，未出现复发或并发症。结论囊性子宫腺肌病较为罕见，其临床表现无特异性，有时可表现为急腹症，临床医生应加深对此疾病的认识以避免误诊误治，而手术是其治疗的有效方法。 |

| Objective To report the clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment process of a rare case of cystic adenomyosis, and todeepen understanding of the disease through literature review.Methods Clinical observation and treatment were conducted on a 43-year-old female patient in Yidu Central Hospital of Weifang at May 10, 2022. The patient complained of secondary dysmenorrhea for 2years and lower abdominal pain for 12 hours. Preoperative color Doppler ultrasound suggested torsion of a chocolate cyst. Combinedwith findings from laparoscopic exploration during surgery and the postoperative pathological diagnosis, the condition was identified ascystic adenomyosis. The lesion was completely excised, and postoperative administration of GnRH-a was prescribed to prevent recur. rence.Results The patient had a good postoperative prognosis with no recurrence or complications.Conclusion Cystic adenomyosisis relatively rare and often presents with nonspecific clinical symptoms. It can sometimes manifest as acute abdomen. Clinicians shoulddeepen their understanding of this disease to prevent misdiagnosis and inappropriate treatment. The surgical intervention is an effectivetreatment method for this condition. |
