| 目的探究在临床医学专业化学类课程教学中采用综合贯通教学模式的应用效果。方法选取中国人民解放军空军军医大学 2022级临床医学专业 150名本科生为研究对象,作为试验组采用综合贯通式教学模式,采用传统教学法的 2021级 150名相同专业学生作为对照组,通过过程性评价、终结性考核和问卷调查评价教学效果,采用 GraphPad Prism分析数据,进行 t检验。结果与对照组相比,试验组的学习态度和解决问题能力的平均成绩均高于对照组( P<0.001)试验组课程的终结性考核平均成绩较对照组明显提高[(81.16±6.67)分比( 74.66±8.11)分, P<0.001]。与对照组问卷调查结果相,比,试验组教学可明显增强学生的实验兴趣,提升学生的实验动手操作能力,调动学生思考、分析和解决问题的能力。结论综合贯通教学模式的应用使学生的学习成绩、自主学习及实践创新能力均得到明显提升,提高了临床医学专业化学类课程的教学质量和效果。 |

| Objective To explore the application effect of the comprehensive and integrated teaching mode in the teaching of chemis.try courses in clinical medicine.Methods The experimental group consisted of 150 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medi.cine from the Class of 2022 at Air Force Medical University of PLA, who were taught using the integrated and interconnected teachingmodel. A control group of 150 students from the Class of 2021 in the same major was taught using traditional teaching methods. Theteaching effectiveness was evaluated through process-based assessment, summative evaluation, and questionnaire surveys, with data an. alyzed using GraphPad Prism and t-tests conducted for statistical comparison.Results Compared to the control group, the experimen. tal group showed significantly higher average scores in learning attitude and problem-solving ability (P<0.001). The final assessment av.erage score of the experimental groupwas also significantly higher than that of the control group [(81.16±6.67)points vs. (74.66±8.11) points, P<0.001]. Compared with the questionnaire results of the control group, the experimental teaching method significantly en.hanced students' interest in experiments, improved their hands-on experimental skills, and stimulated their ability to think, analyze, and solve problems.Conclusion The application of this comprehensive and integrated teaching mode significantly improved students' academic performance, self-directed learning ability, and practical innovation skills, thereby enhancing both the teaching quality andeffectiveness of chemistry courses in the clinical medicine program. |
