| 报告单分析是检验医学科住院医师规范化培训中一项非常重要的教学内容,也是日常开展的核心教学活动之一。在实际带教中,指导医师通常会结合住院医师在报告单解读、结果分析以及临床应用中暴露出的薄弱点,围绕检验结果解读、临床思维训练、检验与临床沟通等重点内容,采用病例讨论等集中教学形式,帮助住院医师逐步提升检验分析能力、临床沟通能力以及整体的检验医学临床思维。但是,目前中国医师协会等主管部门尚未出台专门针对报告单分析的教学指南,全国各个检验医学专业基地在开展这项教学时,大多是根据自身理解和经验摸索进行,在实施方式、教学内容和质量把控上缺乏统一标准,规范性和同质化程度都不高。基于这一现状,本研究结合实际教学实践,对报告单分析教学的整体流程、具体实施方法以及评价反馈方式进行探索和总结,并在实践中不断改进完善,以期为今后这项教学活动的规范开展和推广应用提供参考依据。 |

| Report analysis represents a critically important educational component in the standardized residency training program of laboratory medicine, and serves as one of the core teaching activities conducted routinely. In actual clinical teaching, supervising physicians typically identify residents" deficiencies in report interpretation, result analysis, and clinical application, and then employ centralized teaching formats such as case-based discussions, focusing on key areas including laboratory result interpretation, clinical reasoning training, and laboratory-clinical communication, to gradually enhance residents" analytical capabilities, clinical communication skills, and overall clinical thinking in laboratory medicine. However, to date, the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and other regulatory authorities have not yet issued dedicated teaching guidelines specifically for report analysis. Consequently, most laboratory medicine training bases across China conduct this teaching based on their own understanding and experiential exploration, lacking unified standards in implementation methods, teaching content, and quality control, resulting in insufficient standardization and homogeneity. Based on this current situation, this study combined practical teaching experience to explore and summarize the overall workflow, specific implementation methods, and evaluation-feedback mechanisms of report analysis teaching, with continuous refinement and improvement through practice, aiming to provide a reference for the standardized conduct and wider promotion of this teaching activity in the future. |
