| 乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结状态是评估患者预后和制定治疗方案的关键因素。传统的腋窝淋巴结清扫术和前哨淋巴结活检虽然能够有效减少复发转移及损伤率,但可能造成上肢水肿、疼痛、功能障碍等并发症。近年来,影像学技术的飞速发展为乳腺癌淋巴结状态的无创预测提供了重要工具。本综述系统分析了超声、计算机断层扫描(CT)、磁共振成像(MRI)、正电子发射断层扫描(PET)等多种影像学方法在预测乳腺癌淋巴结转移中的应用现状,特别关注了影像组学和人工智能技术的最新进展。文章还探讨了多模态融合模型的发展趋势、临床应用的挑战以及未来研究方向,为实现乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结的精准、无创评估提供理论依据。 |

| Axillary lymph node status in breast cancer is a critical factor for evaluating patient prognosis and formulating treatment strategies. Although conventional axillary lymph node dissection and sentinel lymph node biopsy can effectively reduce the rates of recurrence, metastasis and injury, they may lead to complications such as upper extremity edema, pain and dysfunction. In recent years, the rapid development of imaging technology has provided an important tool for the non-invasive prediction of lymph node status in breast cancer. This review systematically analyzes the current application status of various imaging modalities including ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission tomography (PET) and other imaging methods in predicting lymph node metastasis of breast cancer, with special focus on the latest advances in radiomics and artificial intelligence technology. The article also discusses the development trends of multimodal fusion models, challenges in clinical application and future research directions, so as to provide a theoretical basis for achieving accurate and non-invasive assessment of axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer. |
