| 临床免疫学检验技术是医学检验技术专业的核心必修课程,兼具理论知识抽象性、操作实践严谨性与临床应用灵活性等特点。在医学检验岗位能力培养中具有基础性地位。传统教学模式存在重理论轻实践、学生学习内驱力不强、综合创新能力薄弱、岗位胜任力不足等问题。本文以成果导向教育(OBE)与构思-设计-实现-运作(CDIO)融合理念为指导, 围绕临床免疫检验岗位实际工作需求,重构课程教学目标、优化课程教学内容、创新课堂教学模式、搭建多层实践实训体系、完善多元考核评价机制,旨在为同类医学检验专业课程教学革新提供参考思路。 |

| Clinical immunology testing technology is a core compulsory course in the medical laboratory technology major, featuring abstract theoretical knowledge, rigorous operational practice, and flexibility in clinical application. It plays a fundamental role in the cultivation of competencies for medical laboratory positions. Traditional teaching models face issues such as emphasizing theory over practice, weak student motivation, weak comprehensive innovation ability, and insufficient job competency. Guided by the integration of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and the Conceptualization-Design-Implementation-Operation (CDIO) approach, this paper focuses on the actual work requirements of clinical immunology testing positions. It reconstructs course teaching objectives, optimizes course teaching content, innovates classroom teaching modes, builds a multi-tier practical training system, and improves a diversified assessment and evaluation mechanism. The aim is to provide reference ideas for the innovation of similar medical laboratory technology course teaching. |
