| 肝内胆管癌(ICC)是第二常见的原发性肝脏肿瘤。病理特点是可以在肝内胆管的任何部位发生，起源于胆管上皮细胞异常分化和管周腺体改变。手术治疗被认为是唯一可能治愈的手段，但仅有 20%~30%的病人有幸获得手术治疗。近年来， ICC的发病率在全球范围内逐年上升。其高侵袭性、肿瘤异质性等特点导致临床化疗多耐药性，严重影响疗效。因此，早期发现和诊治 ICC是提高疗效的关键。近年来，越来越多的研究尝试探索 ICC肿瘤的病理特点与发病机制的关系，试图寻找更有效的策略。该研究通过总结近些年 ICC相关病理特点、病理分子领域等研究进展作一综述，旨在为 ICC病人提供更有效的病理依据。 |

| Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is the second most common primary liver tumor. The pathological feature is that itcan occur in any part of the intrahepatic biliary duct, originating from abnormal differentiation of biliary epithelial cells and changes inthe peritubular glands. Surgical treatment is considered the only possible management, but only approximately 20%-30% of the patientsare fortunate enough to receive the operation approach. In recent years, the incidence of ICC has increased globally year by year, withcharacteristics such as high invasiveness and tumor heterogeneity leading to multi-resistance to clinical chemotherapy and seriously af-fecting the efficacy. Therefore, early detection and diagnosis of ICC are the key to improving treatment efficacy. Recently, more and morestudies have attempted to explore the relationship between the pathological characteristics and pathogenesis of ICC tumors, trying to findmore effective strategies. Herein, we do a review by summarizing the research progress in the field of pathological characteristics andpathological molecule mechanisms related to ICC in recent years, aiming to provide a more effective pathological basis for ICC patients. |
