| 目的 探讨载玻片预热处理在术中冷冻HE切片中的应用效果及临床效能。方法 选取2025年10~12月广西医科大学第一附属医院150例(含5类组织)经诊断医师判定为存在冰晶的组织冷冻块,按不同处理方法分为实验组及对照组,实验组采用载玻片预热方法进行贴片处理,对照组使用常温载玻片进行贴片处理,以组织切片冰晶及切片质量为核心指标,比较组间差异,并分析载玻片预热法在不同组织类型中的适配效果。结果 实验组冰晶评分(3.59±0.34)分、切片质量评分(12.99±1.00)分均显著优于对照组(2.19±0.48)分、(9.67±1.05)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步分析表明,载玻片预热处理方法在五类不同组织类型中的改善效果无明显差异(P>0.05),具备良好的多组织适配性。结论 载玻片预热处理可有效改善切片冰晶情况及切片质量,为术中快速病理诊断提供技术支撑。 |

| Objective To investigate the application effect and clinical efficacy of preheated glass slides in intraoperative frozen HE sections. Methods A total of 150 frozen tissue blocks (covering 5 types of tissues) with ice crystals identified by diagnostic pathologists were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University between October and December 2025. Specimens were divided into experimental group and control group according to different slide mounting methods. The experimental group adopted preheated glass slides for section mounting, while the control group used room-temperature glass slides. Taking ice crystal formation and section quality as core evaluation indicators, intergroup differences were compared, and the adaptability of the preheating slide method across various tissue types was analyzed. Results The ice crystal score (3.59±0.34) and section quality score (12.99±1.00) of the experimental group were significantly superior to those of the control group [(2.19±0.48), (9.67±1.05)], with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Further subgroup analysis revealed that the improvement effect of preheated glass slides showed no significant difference among the five tissue types (P>0.05), indicating favorable adaptability to multiple tissue categories. Conclusion Preheating treatment of glass slides can effectively reduce ice crystals and improve the quality of frozen sections, providing technical support for intraoperative rapid pathological diagnosis. |
