| 原发性失眠是一种常见的睡眠障碍，治愈困难。目前没有明确的量化指标来提示原发性失眠症，该研究就原发性失眠病人血清中相关标志物的研究进展进行综述，同时对原发性失眠的机制进行讨论，认为原发性失眠与炎症密切相关，包括炎症因子的分泌失调、炎症重要标志物的水平升高、核内转录因子的活性升高；同时此类失眠与相关神经递质的分泌和神经系统标志物不同程度的表达、下丘脑 -垂体 -肾上腺(HPA)轴过度活跃密切相关。 |

| Primary insomnia is a common sleep disorder, which is difficult to cure and has a serious impact on patients' normal workand life. Since there is currently no clear quantitative index for primary insomnia, this paper reviews the research progress of relatedmarkers in serum of patients with primary insomnia, and also discusses the mechanism of primary insomnia, which will provide referencefor future clinical application and experimental research. Current research suggests that primary insomnia is closely related to inflamma-tion, including dysregulation of the secretion of inflammatory factors, elevated levels of important markers of inflammation, and elevatedactivity of intranuclear transcription factors. Additionally, this type of insomnia is closely related to the secretion of related neurotrans-mitters, varying expression levels of neurological markers, and the overactivity of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. |
