| 急性心肌梗死( acute myocardial infarction，AMI)仍然是全球范围内发病率和死亡的主要原因。随着工业文明的发展越来越快，全球气候及环境也随之发生了很大的改变。且越来越多的流行病学和临床证据表明气候及环境的变化可以影响心肌梗死高危人群的心肌梗死的发病率，阐明其内在关联及分子机制具有重大意义。该研究将气候及环境对心肌梗死的影响进行了综述，有助于更广泛地认识气候环境与心肌梗死之间的联系，并采用多方面干预措施来降低气候及环境的变化带来的不利影响。 |

| Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) remains a leading cause of morbidity and death worldwide. In the past few decades, withthe rapid development of industrial civilization, the global climate and environment have also undergone great changes. In addition,more and more epidemiological and clinical evidence shows that climate and environmental changes can affect the incidence of myocar-dial infarction in high-risk groups, and it is of great significance to elucidate its internal correlation and molecular mechanism. In thispaper, we review the impact of climate and environment on myocardial infarction, hoping to help a wider understanding of the link be-tween climate and adopt multi-faceted intervention measures to mitigate the adverse impacts caused by climate and environmental changes. |
