      肺纤维化( PF)是一组慢性、进行性加重的间质性肺疾病,发病机制复杂、有效治疗靶点不明,治疗手段有限,预后较差,严重影响病人生活质量。因此,亟须深入探索其机制靶点。研究表明,现有多条经典信号通路在 PF的发生发展中起重要作用,其中磷脂酰肌醇 3激酶 /蛋白激酶 B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路可通过参与衰老、自噬、肺泡上皮 -间充质转化( EMT)、免疫等重要环节调控 PF进程。而中医药凭借多成分、多靶点协同干预优势成为 PF防治研究热点,具有良好前景和独特优势。该研究围绕 PI3K/Akt通路在 PF中的作用机制及中医药靶向调控研究进展,以期为中医药防治 PF提供理论支撑与创新思路。
英文摘要:
      Pulmonary fibrosis (PF) is a group of chronic and progressive interstitial lung disease, its pathogenesis is complex, effectivetherapeutic targets are unclear, treatment methods are limited, and prognosis is poor, which seriously affects the quality of life of pa-tients. Therefore, it is urgent to deeply explore its mechanism and targets of PF pathogenesis. Studies have shown that multiple classicalsignaling pathways play an important role in the occurrence and development of PF. Among them, the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway canregulate the progression of PF by participating in important links such as aging, autophagy, alveolar epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT), and immunity. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has frequently become a research hotspot in the prevention and treatment ofPF by taking advantage of the synergistic intervention of multiple components and multiple targets, and has good prospects and uniqueadvantages. This article focuses on the mechanism of the PI3K/Akt pathway in PF and the research progress of TCM targeted regula-tion, in order to provide theoretical support and innovative ideas for the prevention and treatment of PF with TCM.
