| 冠状动脉钙化( coronary artery calcification，CAC)是指冠状动脉的血管壁内钙盐沉积的现象，这一过程会导致血管管腔狭窄乃至闭塞，与冠心病病人的发病率及病死率之间存在着紧密的关联。严重的 CAC是影响经皮冠状动脉介入治疗成功率的重大障碍之一，对病人的临床预后产生显著的不利影响。近年来， CAC的发病率呈现出逐年攀升的趋势，这一现状使得针对 CAC的研究受到广泛关注。该研究将对 CAC进行全面的综述，以期提升公众对 CAC的认知水平，并帮助人们更深入地了解其从发生到发展的整个过程。 |

| Coronary Artery Calcification (CAC) refers to the deposition of calcium salts deposition within the walls of the coronary ar-teries, which can lead to stenosis and even occlusion of the vascular lumen, and is closely associated with the morbidity and mortality ofcoronary heart disease. Severe CAC is one of the major obstacles to the success rate of percutaneous coronary intervention and has a sig-nificant adverse effect on the clinical prognosis of patients. In recent years, the incidence of CAC has shown a trend of increasing yearby year, which makes the research on CAC widely concerned. This paper gives a comprehensive review of CAC, aiming to raise publicawareness of CAC and to help the public gain an in-depth understanding of the entire process from its initiation to progression. |
