| 烟草难以戒断的原因是烟草依赖，其成瘾性让病人受到严重的身心损害，表现出轻重不一的脏腑成瘾症状，且西医无明显特效药物。该研究以“五脏受瘾”学说为理论核心，辨明临床症状，遵循“通督调神，养肺解毒”为主要治疗原则，首选甜美穴，重视肺经、督脉，辨证选用胃肝心经穴，研究针灸治疗烟草依赖的诊疗思路。 |

| The reason why tobacco is difficult to quit is tobacco dependence, whose addictive nature causes serious physical and men-tal damage to patients, leading to varying degrees of addiction-related symptoms in the viscera. Moreover, there are no specific effectivemedications for this condition in Western Medicine. Therefore, this paper takes the theory of"addiction affecting the five viscera" as thetheoretical core, identifies clinical symptoms, and follows the treatment principle of "unblocking governor vessel to regulate mentalityand nourishing the lung to detoxify" to select Tim-Mee acupoint as the first choice for acupucture therapy, with emphasis on the lungmeridian and governor vessel. Based on syndrome differentiation, acupoints along the stomach, liver and heart meridians are also select-ed, in order to explore the acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for tobacco dependence. |
