| 近年来,随着分子生物学研究的深入,长链非编码 RNA(lncRNA)在骨科疾病中的作用逐渐受到关注。其中, lncRNA小核仁 RNA宿主基因( SNHGs)家族作为 lncRNA的重要成员,在骨科疾病中展现出独特的调控机制。研究表明, lncRNA SNHGs通过参与表观遗传调控、转录调控及转录后调控等途径,影响细胞的增殖、分化及凋亡过程,从而在骨肉瘤、骨关节炎、骨质疏松、脊髓损伤、骨折愈合等多种骨科疾病的发生发展中发挥重要作用。 |

| In recent years, with the advances in molecular biology research, the role of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) in orthopaedicdiseases has gradually received attention. Among them, the lncRNA small nucleolar RNA host genes (SNHGs) family, as an importantmember of lncRNAs, has shown a unique regulatory mechanism in orthopaedic diseases. Studies have shown that lncRNA SNHGs af-fect the process of cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis by participating in epigenetic regulation, transcriptional regulation,and post-transcriptional regulation, thus playing a crucial part in the development of various orthopaedic diseases, such as osteosarco-ma, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, spinal cord injury, and bone fracture healing. |
