      慢性肾脏病是以肾纤维化为其共同的病理特征的一类肾脏病,在全世界有着较高的发病率,严重威胁人体健康。氧化应激作为炎症、凋亡、自噬等多种机制的重要枢纽,在慢性肾病的发生、发展中起着关键性的作用。在肾脏的抗氧化系统,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 3(GPX3)是硒蛋白家族由肾小管分泌至血浆的过氧化物酶,是引起慢性肾脏病进展的活性氧的主要清除剂之一。 GPX3在免疫球蛋白 A(IgA)肾病、膜性肾病、糖尿病肾病及其肾纤维化中异常表达,其抗氧化应激作用与慢性肾脏病的发生、发展密切相关。现就 GPX3在慢性肾脏病中的特异性表达及其对氧化应激的调节作用进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a category of renal disorders characterized by renal fibrosis as a common pathological fea-ture. It has a high incidence worldwide and poses a serious threat to human health. Oxidative stress, serving as a crucial hub linkingmultiple mechanisms such as inflammation, apoptosis, and autophagy, plays a key role in the initiation and progression of CKD. Withinthe renal antioxidant system, glutathione peroxidase 3 (GPX3) is a peroxidase belonging to the selenoprotein family, which is secretedfrom the renal tubules into the plasma and acts as one of the major scavengers of reactive oxygen species that drive the progression ofCKD. GPX3 is aberrantly expressed in immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephropathy, membranous nephropathy, diabetic kidney disease, andrenal fibrosis, and its antioxidant stress effects are closely associated with the development and progression of CKD. This review sum-marizes the specific expression of GPX3 in CKD and its regulatory role in oxidative stress.
