| 尤昭玲教授根据生殖疾病的特征特性，从中医临床实际出发，融炼出了中医生殖理论 -时空论，生殖链终端以天癸为媒介，在生殖双轴的时空调控下从而呈现了生殖链终端效应，在临床上应用时空论，对生殖疾病辨证论治，异病同治、异因同疗。尤昭玲教授在应用尤氏药膳煲时注重其时空调控作用，该研究论述了药膳煲在排卵功能障碍性疾病如多囊卵巢综合征及卵巢储备功能减退所致不孕中卵泡及内膜同治的治疗特色，及在体外受精 -胚胎移植( IVF-ET)各个时期不同方案、不同时期、不同人群的应用，以期为药膳煲的临床应用提供新思路。 |

| Professor You Zhaoling proposes the spatiotemporal theory, the traditional Chinese medicine-embryo transfer (TCM-ET) re-productive theory, based on the characteristics and properties of reproductive diseases and the clinical practice of TCM. The theory in-dicates that with Tian Gui as the mediator, the terminal effects of the reproductive chain are manifested under the spatiotemporal regu-lation of the dual reproductive axes. Clinically, the spatiotemporal theory is applied to syndrome differentiation and treatment of repro-ductive diseases, achieving the principles of "same treatment for different diseases" and "same therapy for different etiologies". Profes-sor You emphasizes the spatiotemporal regulatory role of You's medicinal cuisine. This paper elaborates on the use of the medicinalcuisine in the treatment of infertility caused by ovulatory dysfunction disorders, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, and diminishedovarian reserve, highlighting the simultaneous treatment of both follicles and the endometrium. It also describes the distinctive applica-tion of You's medicinal cuisine to in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET), with different protocols, during different stages,and for different populations, thus providing new perspectives for its clinical practice. |
