| 慢性阻塞性肺疾病( COPD)是以持续性呼吸道症状和气流受限为特点的疾病，间充质干细胞( MSCs)是一种多能干细胞，近年来，越来越多的人关注 MSCs作为多种呼吸系统疾病的潜在治疗药物的研究，现有研究表明 MSCs主要通过抗炎、抗凋亡、抗纤维化及抗血管重塑等机制在治疗 COPD方面发挥着潜在作用， MSCs来源的细胞外囊泡(EVs)作为 MSCs旁分泌作用的关键成分，在免疫调节中起关键作用。该研究就 MSCs的 EVs对 COPD的干预作用及机制及未来 MSCs的 EVs治疗 COPD病人的安全性作一综述。 |

| Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a disease characterized by persistent respiratory symptoms and airflowlimitation. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are a kind of pluripotent stem cells. Anti-apoptosis, anti-fibrosis and anti-vascular remodel-ing play a potential role in the treatment of COPD, and extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from MSCs, as a key component of the para-crine role of MSCs, play a key role in immune regulation. This article reviews the intervention effect and mechanism of MSCs EVs onCOPD and the safety of MSCs EVs in the treatment of COPD patients in the future. |
