英文摘要:
      Cerebral infarction is a common brain disorder. Aging aggravates its occurrence, and the incidence among young people isincreasing, with high disability rate and poor quality of life. Its pathogenesis is complex, and the sonic hedgehog (Shh) signaling path-way is involved abnormally. This pathway consists of Shh ligands, Ptc, Smo receptors, and Gli transcription factors, which regulate cellproliferation, differentiation, and migration under normal physiological conditions. In the pathological state of cerebral infarction, it canplay a role by promoting angiogenesis, promoting nerve regeneration, enhancing neuronal plasticity, and inhibiting neuronal apoptosis,providing new targets and strategies for the treatment of cerebral infarction.
